All the good people left. Executives got greedy about going after large enterprise and drove the company down the drain. Executives, especially, Duncan kept constant lying to staff about wonderful growth and future of the company. The company had a great reputation for failed projects out in client world.

This company has done a full 180 since I started. The people that are in charge do not even come to the office more than three times a month. The managers play favoritism to those employees that suck up to them. You have a revolving door of employees because their is no room for advancement and have employees in position that should have been promoted years ago. No chance to talk to management as they could care less about any employees experiences. The executive team could care less to hear from any workers and are never there.
