      * Plenty of opportunities to learn current technologies, especially in GCP tech stack. * Good work culture * Challenging tasks in backend development (big scale of customers), and plenty of experienced Architects and Senior Engineers to learn from

      * Workplace benefits not ideal * Some older systems/products are poorly maintained and difficult to work with

      Pros

      I love working at Optimove. People are great. Management is great. They are always striving to keep employees happy. I've been working here for a little bit more than a year, and this is by far the best place I've worked at.

      Cons

      Not a lot of places to eat around the office.
