Pros
Started working at Orbit June 2024 and so far it's been great. A lot of people have negative reviews on here about this company (maybe at some point the company was like that) but right now the reality for me is very different. So keep an open mind and stay positive. - The managers and team members are super supportive and friendly. - Lots of snacks during work meetings - Lots of engagement activities; summer party, team night, bowling, etc - Incentives are provided based on meeting your KPIs either as a team or individual - Flexible work rota, offices opened 8am - 8pm - You would learn a lot about adhering to GDPR practices - Excellent work life balance, you don't get to think about work when you're not at work (can't access any work group or email outside work lol) - The pay is also good and there is room for career progression as the company is always expanding so new internal roles are created
Cons
- You will encounter some of the most arrogant and difficult customers, don't take it personal - The job requires a lot of discipline, good time management skills and patience.
