People in the main are great, management is all about who fits

Pros

As mentioned a lot, nice shiny building, or would be if the air con had ever worked, minus 2 at 8am in the morning sitting at a desk not great. In the main people you work with are great, as well as odd people from other teams, but teams do not mix. Work is ok, but management don't understand what you do most of the time, but still happy to tell you how to do it.

Cons

HR are a shambles, allow managers to not follow policy, many of which are out of date and need review. Managers have favourites, senior management do not care about that. Raise an issue, managers get backed by HR and senior management staff have an issue to be heard beyond lip service.

Good pay, mostly friendly people, amazing onboarding process

Cons

Very clear on their favourites and will only seek to promote them, unfairness in pay - was on less money than a new joiner with less experience - and very unorganised.

Cons

Well below average market pay and lack of progression in business services Limited reward either by way of meaningful pay rises, bonuses or social occasions Promotions only really offered only resignation.
