Pros

The culture is great and a hybrid working environment is offered, which shows how flexible the company is. There is no micro-management; employees are trusted to do their jobs and we're all treated like adults. The people are extremely friendly and helpful and there is a real 'one team' mentality. You can tell that management really values all employees as so much is invested in training, learning & development.

Cons

Not a con for me, however it is very fast paced and busy, so is only a place for those who enjoy this environment (I personally love it).
