The interview process was lenghtly and difficult as expected. I went through many stages from phone interview to 1 on 1 to group panel. Everything was going well until I reached the group panel. The interviewees seemed low and not very encouraging about the position. Atfer the interview they completly ghosted me. I spent hours of my time for these interviews and not a single email regarding my application. I emailed them for a follow up and no response. Stay away from this company, they don't care about you at all. I'm very glad I didnt get an offer.

I applied online. I interviewed at PayByPhone (Vancouver, BC) in Oct 2024
Interview
After 2nd round, I was asked to create an executive summary of the company, criteria was provided. I spent a lot of time researching and creating this, only to be ghosted. Not even a confirmation that they received my project. Such a poor reflection on the company. It makes me wonder if this is an intentional scam to get fresh material.
