      Looks good on your CV

      Bullying is ignored, reporting it means repercussions, never heard of so many people be put on performance improvement plans which ultimately force them to leave or be dismissed. If you don't look right, sound right, you will be quickly discarded of - regardless of awards and how good you are at your job. No support for personal problems and no understanding - calious approach. DO NOT WORK HERE.

      Some interesting work, some nice people. Staff tend to stick together as it's very much them and us.

      Cons

      Very black and white. I've never known so many people get so many disciplinary hearings. Staff are scared and things try to get hushed up before management hear. Your under no illusions...step out of line or don't act the PepsiCo way you won't be there long. The way the temporary staff are treated is akin to Victorian gang leaders hand picking staff day to day...if your not wanted of face dosent fit you won't get work that day. Unions not let on site and no one darn't say anything....

      None!! Well actually there is one and that is that you get to work flexible hours but only sometimes as upper management don't like PA's doing it but they let everyone else do it!!

      Cons

      Rude people, very clicky, no one talks to you and so boring with nothing to do. Do disorganised too. 4 months in and still don't have access to important programmes. What a let down
