Thank you for the review, it's great to hear that you have some really good pro's as showcased above. Some days are tougher than others but thats purely depending on the volume, one thing we cant control is what the customers order, but it is handled with great professionalism and commitment as a team. Regarding the sweeping of drivers and extra payments, this is subject to condition and is a case by case bases. We would urge you to discuss this with your site manger in more detail to better understand as there are plenty of times, regularly that drivers are paid extra for the support, even if still in their normal 9hr day.
