Directly addressing your comment about layoffs, as an ambitious and growing business we’re constantly reviewing and assessing our operations to provide the best experience to our customers, enhance business performance, and continue scaling globally. In addition to offering promotions and establishing new reporting lines, unfortunately, the recent strategic changes that took place in November also made a small number of positions redundant. These changes are in service to aligning the organisation more closely with the needs of our customers and ensuring the right roles are in place to best serve them.

Cons
Just before I got hired the company got invested in by Vista, now 2 years later they are directly influencing decisions that are negatively impacting the old Pipedrive core values. This is a real shame, 2 years ago I would have given a 5 star rating. On top of those strange decisions our salaries did not get adjusted to inflation which seriously affected employee happiness.
