Directly addressing your comment about layoffs, as an ambitious and growing business we’re constantly reviewing and assessing our operations to provide the best experience to our customers, enhance business performance, and continue scaling globally. In addition to offering promotions and establishing new reporting lines, unfortunately, the recent strategic changes that took place in November also made a small number of positions redundant.
