      Supportive, values-driven culture where engineers can thrive with ownership

      Pros

      Values that actually show up in daily work: internally driven, no excuses, be teachable, reach for greatness, don’t ruin other people’s days, team first. Empathetic management and a supportive internal culture are a big reason I’ve stayed for many years. There’s strong coaching and plenty of learning opportunities, and it’s a great platform for people who like extreme ownership and want to make real impact. Good perks, support, and compensation, plus meaningful technical and product challenges.

      Cons

      The ownership and standards are high, so it can be demanding during busy periods. The pace is fast and priorities can shift, and cross-team alignment can take time in a collaborative environment.

      PD review after 5 years

      Pros

      1. Work/life balance - i.e work from home, which I value greatly. 2. Additional perks - i.e Stebby, health insurance. 3. Cool team events. 4. Tallinn office - free parking for employees, I really like the office layout. Gym is a great addition, if you know how to train, then it basically has all the necessary equipment (but it does get crowded on the after hours, not very comfortable with more than 2 people present at the same time). Sauna area is also very good, I like sauna, so it is a great addition for me personally.

      Cons

      1. Salaries could be higher for the IT department, considering the importance of the work being done. 2. Company culture/approach to employees used to be better. 3. Career opportunities are not that great (depending on the department).
