      Pros

      The people are fantastic Good culture and work life balance Remote working Trusted by my manager and team Have a great variety of work and projects Opportunities to attend training, conferences and expos Free coffee and subsidised canteen Good salary and bonus scheme

      Cons

      Teams tend to be siloed in processes. This is being looked at to improve engagement and workflows between teams though. No other issues so far.

      Pros

      Everyone is extremely approachable and helpful, All the teams are so happy to help and will take time away from their already busy schedule to give you training or some assistance on whatever task is at hand. There is 0 Micromanagement, you get treated like an adult and always room for you to improve. Nobody is holing you down or saying you cannot do something, If you wish to start a task then go ahead, see where it goes and maybe you might create something great.

      Cons

      They say if you like doing your job you will never work a day in your life, I would mention the pay ammount for being on call and overtime but for the workload and the ammount of support you get its really not that much of an issue.
