      Clueless management, pie in the sky aims

      People you work with are nice Free coffee

      Cons

      Constant threat of redundancy Ridiculous goals for a company that has little to offer to the world. Little to no innovation. Hardly any guidance from leadership team. They say that there are no stupid questions, but people are afraid to be singled out for asking valid but difficult ones. MD doesn't talk to anyone other than his favoured inner circle. Some people leave without a job to go to just so that they don't have to put up with leadership team. Little chance of bonus

      Good people, lousy management

      The rank and file are, in the main, decent people

      Cons

      A bonus scheme that's not paying out this year A real terms pay cut this year A Managing Director who neither manages or directs with any degree of competence A ludicrous five year growth plan that would be hilarious reading if it didn't impact adversely on people's livelihoods A steady drip, drip, drip of redundancies for well over a year now with no end in sight
