Salary below average. Senior positions don't qualify for overtime. Expected to work all hours under the sun for little remuneration Some engineers are 'jumped' up people with little academic, technical or professional qualifications.

If you like a poisonous and bullying work environment then join this company.

Cons

Bullying, Threatening, Aggressive management. Run like a military operation by a set of hard nosed middle managers with little man/ women syndrome. Constantly putting people on disaplinary proceeding for minor issues.
