Flexible working, supportive management and lots of training opportunities
Cons
No room for progression, the role got a bit same-y and there wasn’t much scope for progression. Day to day was very repetitive.

Private healthcare insurance and development opportunities (if you really strive for them yourself)
Cons
Horrible toxic work environment, all the company cares about is turning profit, people are just numbers to them. HR unhelpful and not supportive as they tolerate bullies in the workplace. Low salary for the work done compared to competitors.
