      Company in turmoil

      Pros

      - Remote work and flexible hours - Direct managers are great (very dependent on your team)

      Cons

      - Company hasn't got a clue what it's doing, makes hundreds of redundancies and then says we don't have enough people to cover the workload - Very poor systems and programmes that are about 10 years behind the rest of the world - Very reliant on single source contracting, and might get a rude awakening if they had to act like a proper company - No training, and the levels of incompetence the higher up the chain you go is exasperating.

      Great people, great team work, working from home and flexi working

      Cons

      Not too many downsides to working here. maybe progression
