      * Employee-focused company * Flat org structure without a heavy reliance on HR * Everyone is treated like an equal (e.g., mgt hot desk like everyone else) * Highly flexible work schedule

      Cons

      * A large company with a diverse portfolio of unrelated products/services, and it is unclear what others do in the company * Many different systems and platforms, making it difficult to know where to go to get information.

      Wrok/life balance, teamwork, cool employees.

      Cons

      Orginizaitonal knowledge is low. I am not 100% sure regarding other products etc. The staffing seems a little low.

As a PE owned company that acquires heavily, it can be challenging to know our full suite of products.
