      Pros

      Great company and great people. Communicating with managers and others at the company is easy and straight forward. Pension scheme is good. Work clothing provided early on and is excellent quality. Clear, transparent company structure. Regular emails from the managing director about what's going on at the company. Monthly pay for the current month. Simple process for booking annual leave.

      Cons

      Work phone provided loses charge very fast but it works at least.

      Pros

      I was attracted to RS Group by its people focussed ethos - and it has proved to be 100% accurate. I have found this company to be wholly supportive, nurturing and with a whole host of tools, teams and support aids to make a new join feel integrated in no time. Best decision I made!

      Cons

      Lots of tools and systems in the company which is great - but making quick access to find support in training with these would be great. Ensuring a new starter is set up from day one with a 'checklist' for each position of what access rights they should have and which tools they should be able to access would save a lot of time
