Extremely poor management that uses an out-dated nursing culture of "eat your own" to manage people. Management was so poor at RCT that workers were rebelling in every single department. RCT lost all the original managers which made the place "magical" according to their patients and a good place to work. The original managers were replaced with blonde, white mean girls who would take delight in reducing your self esteem because they had poor ego strength. If you are from a CALD or belong to a marginalised group, definitely avoid at all costs! Ramsay hates anyone who isn't a blonde, white woman! Do not work here or at any other Ramsay facility as the toxicity remains!

Head of Learning has no clue how to structure team and allocate projects, absent most of the time. Leads were all stressed and unsure of what to do, I left to go back to a leadership role at the workplace I just left where I knew I was going to do a better job than what my current team lead was doing. Threw me into a project that was all over the place the first week I was here with zero support. Chaos and cannot warn people enough about this team.
