High Salary, lots of benefits

Cons

Lacks transparency when it comes to job scope. They expect people to simply miraculously be able to do a job after a few weeks of training. Ridiculous metrics, they don't provide/allow new hires to adjust to work first. They expect you to operate like a tenured employee.
