Pros

Loved the place but left due to my own health. Goo management, new values with the 5th generation of the Smith family at the helm. Loved the freedom of the role, customers are sound, pay was goo, enjoyed building my rounds as though they were mine, van to take home and loads of other good stuff incl. training!

Cons

None for me bar the e=weather, but I did not get ill that often and put it down to being out in the fresh air.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We're so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your time with us, especially the freedom of the role, the support from management, and the benefits like training and a take-home van. It’s great to know that our values—particularly "Build Collaborative Relationships" and "Support Growth and Take Ownership"—resonated with you in your work. We’re sorry to hear that health challenges led to your departure, but we truly appreciate your contribution over the years. Wishing you all the best for the future, and if you ever decide to return, we’d love to hear from you!

Pros

Ringtons are a fantastic company to work for, there are so many reasons why I have enjoyed working here. For a start management really care about their staff and want to make sure you are happy in both your work and home life, there is so much support available. Everyone is super friendly, and the working environment is unlike anywhere I have ever worked.. positive vibes all round! The customer care team is one of the best teams I have had the privilege to have been a part of, they really care about their customers! The working hours are ideal even better that there are no weekends, targets are achievable and even the location is great!

Cons

There really are no downsides to working for Ringtons other than it’s nearly impossible to diet!
