Pros

Upper Management changed 3 years back and after that MTC center has witnessed lots of positive changes in terms of flexibility for employees and also on paper people are earning more. If you are White than you will get lots of opportunity to grow specially in a team with two managers. Lots of fun activity with subsidized rates specially during summer and many people enjoy those .

Cons

Racial discrimination when it comes to growth opportunity, if you are white than you will get special treatment and will get more opportunity to grow. Salaries are not as per market standards. There is a huge gap in the salaries of older and new employees. Bonuses are not paid in full since last 2 years . Previously bonus was more but now even with reduced bonuses they are not able to pay it in full. Lots of legacy work , and silent politics. Its a low cost center in Europe of R&S so employees gets paid very low in compare to other countries like USA , Germany, Singapore etc.
