Fantastic purpose and ambition to support Armed Forces Community. Friendly and highly skilled people to work with, robust governance and excellent career development opportunities. Director General incredibly talented and fantastic communicator. Amazing head office in central London close to tube station. Inclusive and diverse workforce.

Cons

Pay is lower quartile but they are reviewing Total Reward. In dire need of modernising processes, business planning and adapting to change but this is quite rightly high on the agenda.
