      Highly stressful, bureaucratic and political

      Pros

      Scope of wok could be wide which can mean interesting.

      Cons

      Management style is very much parent-child, making it highly political and too much in-fighting. Management runs too much on gossips. Bad behaviours trickle down leadership level downwards. Too much focus in the inner-circle in the Paris office. Others seemed quite dispensable.

      Pros

      Clear strategy and distinctive identity. Competitive packages for Partners. Highly engaged and well informed management. Values technical competency. Great brasserie in the Paris HQ.

      Cons

      Too bureaucratic. Not enough autonomy given to Divisional CEOs to get on with doing business. HR lacks leadership required to reform the comp and benefits / Partnership framework.
