Blame culture with unclear roles and no processes, broken trust
Pros
there is nothing positive about this company.
Cons
The organization lacks the most basic operational hygiene factors found in a mature enterprise. There is zero clarity regarding roles, responsibilities, and cross-functional boundaries. Processes are either non-existent or completely ignored/not respected, leading to a chaotic daily environment where teams operate without a clear direction or standard operating procedures. Because roles are undefined, the workplace has devolved into a culture of blame. The product strategy is entirely hostage to individual sales requests and constant, unfiltered priority changes based on guesses rather than market- or customer-validated data. Management fails to recognize a fundamental point: a company cannot change priorities weekly without proving that either its core strategy is broken or its business plan is fundamentally wrong. Management and HR demonstrate a complete lack of professional integrity regarding career advancement. Employees are promoted "on paper" and handed vastly increased responsibilities and leadership expectations, yet the company fails to deliver the corresponding job titles or adjusted salary packages months after the agreement. HR routinely ignores explicit inquiries regarding these unresolved contractual commitments.
