The culture is somewhat toxic. Generally if you do not fit in then you will be bullied and disadvantaged, this is not an inclusive workplace, you either fit the mold or you are out. No accommodations are provided for ND people.
Very clique-y, and feels more like a high school than a serious workplace. For tasks that require cooperation between different teams or business units, is encouraged to bypass official procedures by asking "favours", and "owing you one" gets things done faster compared to opening a ticket.
Really bad management in general. In my case it was clear that the person is not suited for a leadership role based on their emotional maturity. Was incapable of clear and efficient communication, often ignored questions and requests on Teams that they didn't feel like answering. Pushed changes on the team without proper dialogue. I have consulted with colleagues in other teams, and incompetent managers seem to be very common across the org, but it is possible to get lucky.
