      Pros

      There is a very friendly vibe in the company, they pay quite some attention to inclusivity, wellbeing and enable a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Look it's a big company with a strong hierarchy and people wanting to show people they are important. Also, be wary of promises for training and growth and such cause there's a tendency of big words but no actions.
