      Pros

      There really isn't many pros maybe apart from company values and the pay is roughly in line with other companies.

      Cons

      Wow where do I start. Think twice before joining this company having to work here for good few years management style is definitely MICRO management. So if you don't mind being treated like your at school don't do it. Management needs to change asap. Managers are acting as if they were the owners of the company

      Pros

      Reasonable salary and benefits, but only if you're at senior management level. Nicely (newly) refurbished UK HQ office... other offices, very tired and old fashioned. Training opportunities... if you're there long enough.

      Cons

      No strategy from the top, and it's a boys club. No direction. No drive. Everyone appears to be nice... but all is not what it seems.
