      I had the pleasure of working at this company for several years as a Senior Manager, and it was genuinely one of the best professional experiences I’ve had. It’s a family-run business with a strong sense of integrity and care for its people. The leadership team truly listens to feedback and encourages continuous development, both professionally and personally. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and progression if you’re motivated. Salaries are competitive and reflect the hard work you put in

      Honestly, not many. As with any growing business, things can be fast-paced and change quickly, which may not suit everyone.

      Pros

      - great earning potential - the owners will treat you like family and have your back no matter what. One caveat, you do exactly the same to them. - Owners always available - Amazing life experience - Family feels - Long hours but we made it fun - Inclusive, I am Polish but we had Greek, Italian, Asian, African, Caribbean and other nationalities working there and there was absolutely no mistreatment or discrimination. Some ethnic employees had high positions within the business. Opportunities were available for everyone regardless, what colour, race and gender you were.

      Cons

      - The hours on the weekends could be shorter. Overall, hours could be more flexible which would improve work/life balance but it’s either you work hard and make money or you don’t put the effort in and be unhappy.
