      The location of the company to my house was close by.

      - Low Salary. - Too much Politics. - No Growth Opportunities. - Groupism and Favouritism. - Managers have no vision or no set growth path. - Many good employees are taken advantage of, and often people who do not work hard survive due to personal connections to higher management. - False promises and fake reasons will be provided to hinder growth. - Salaries do not match industry standards often pay extremely low to current market standards. - Micromanagement and unnecessary false accusations would happen regularly due to gossip. - HR will be aligned to deceive the employees based on manager or higher management decisions, so no point approaching them. - Employee satisfaction is never considered, nor are any steps taken to address them.
