      Pros

      Working with people that you genuinely get along with, everyone who has joined had fit in and been a big part of the team. The people that have been here for years have made sure everyone gets an amazing welcome. The support you get from day 1 is amazing, everyone from leadership to other consultants has made sure you settle in quickly and guide you through your journey. On top of that - good commission structure, Flexi working, WFH option, Incentives.

      Cons

      I think the only cons really can be down to the recruitment industry in general and the only thing I can say is - Recruitment is not for the faint-hearted.
