I worked in this place for about 3 years, i found it to be rather political and in many ways corrupted, certainly a racist environment where the british will always have an easier road than anybody else. I know some british “brokers” who have been there 9 years without selling a single ship (when i tell the story people don’t believe me they think is a joke) I find really sad that they keep listing brokers on their website that have retired ages ago. This is probably due to the fact that they fired everybody else to steal their clients and somehow have to keep up with the reputation of “largest independent shipbroking house” I have no words left to describe how pathethic this working enviroment was, easily the worst experience of my career as a broker. I actually don’t even know one single person that has worked here and left with a smile, besides the management, of course. 1 star, cause you can’t put 0
