rubbish pay people get promoted to management way too quick without experience not everyone is incentivised by alcohol and food! we need to pay our bills!

Great perks overshadowed by bullying culture

Bullying culture in the softcat leeds office, me and a colleague who started on the same day in the leeds office have both left due to how the more experienced account managers treat the "newbies", Managers are not managers but rather do the same role so dont really care about you like they do their numbers, your an inconvenience
