Pros
Lovely place to work, very friendly environment and employee first. Have long standing partnerships with clients which shows their ability to understand client needs and not overcomplicate partnerships which I have seen in similar organisations.
Cons
People stay there a very long time, means there is a lack of diversity of thought and experience. Can be hard to find your way if you haven't been there a long time and forge productive collaboration.
