      Pros

      I feel very lucky to be part of SBG right now, very much right role right time. An actively growing company who is really investing their time, resources and energy in to their people. They are committed to creating the best work environment and have built a massively improved benefits package in the 3 years I have worked here. They take suggestions, comments and feedback seriously. I feel as though my voice matters. It feels like an exciting time to be part of this company.

      Cons

      With the expansion of the business comes the inevitable expansion of roles which can mean that you are doing much more than was originally stated in your job description. Have to become adaptable.

      Great internal development

      Pros

      Sincere-joining the business I have been given ample opportunity to develop and progress through the firm and have seen the same chances given to others as well. There is also a good social side to the company with both a free Summer and Christmas party along.

      Cons

      Until recently I would have said that the wages offered were below the average for industry in our area but this has since been addressed.

      Pros

      Great management and people. They are all very friendly and welcoming. Great company values and was very impressed with the hybrid working set up. There is also a fab events teams with lots of local events to get involved in, most with a free bar which is always a plus!

      Cons

      Only con for me was I was only covering a maternity contract that came to an end.
