Pros

If you're a felon, can't pass a drug test, enjoy and have very low goals in life then this is the perfect company for you. Quick promotion to sales manager, because EVERYONE quits. Even the ones that were making money. Whole new staff in 1 year. Hire anyone with a pulse, tell you that you're exactly what they're looking for.

Cons

They completely disregard labor laws, there is no HR department, No employee handbook or documentation to explain benefits or regulations. They specifically teach their sales teams to flat out lie to customers, then fire the sales people when the customer points it out. The company sticks it's customer's with services they didn't request, after promising them everything was included, then blame the sales rep. This is a DOOR TO DOOR position, no matter how they spice up the name in the postings. Salary is 450/wk, sometimes 500 plus commission. However, you have to make a certain number of sales (like 12 per week) to keep your job and earn any commission. The most anyone made while I was there was about 800 total in a week. Which again, for the low bar income or the felons, is a decent income. Except that now you have felons working in residential neighborhoods. 5 employees with tenure over 2 years quit around the same time. All Managers.
