Pros

Good team if you get on with them. Good job satisfaction if you enjoy helping people

Cons

Terrible senior management and HR. Lost direction and don’t care about patients or people. Only interested in the money and will mislead staff and professional bodies if they can get away with it. Cancelling clinics at the last moment and not caring about the patients in upsets Little notice of change in shift pattern
