Management style is 20 years behind the real world, they do need some fresh blood in there, someone who knows it's 2023 and the companies are fighting for employees, not the other way around. If you bring a new team member in, plan in advance how he's going to be integrated - I've received no training, no handover, no support; only random things thrown at me with very mixed messages about the expectations. The company needs modernised systems and radical change to the processes. Dreadful to think these people make planes!
