Culture tends to reward keeping your head down rather than proactive achievement. Workplace Culture Bureaucratic processes and “window dressing” initiatives. Diversity initiatives may exist but are not strongly embedded in practice. Work Flexibility Strong push for in-office presence reduces efficiency for employees living far away. Travel time and costs (including overnight stays) reduce effective working hours and increase company expenses.
