Pros

Everyone is really friendly and supportive, which makes it a nice place to work day to day. People are always happy to help out or answer questions, so you never feel stuck or on your own. The flexible working is also a big plus, as it makes it easier to balance work with everything else going on. Overall, it just creates a more relaxed and positive working environment.

Cons

So far, I haven’t experienced any significant drawbacks in the role.
