It’s extremely hard to find cons for Stryker.
Some may be turned off by the size of the company, but for me that’s a pro as that only adds to available opportunities.
Burnout, lack of respect, no training, set up for failure. Lack of promotion. Can't submit issues or concerns without retaliation. Culture and values are not always true.
