The ceo has rotted the company from the top down culturally. Its more like a dictatorship with the demands and threats of being fired or disciplined if you don't come in 3 days a week. Cost of travel in London doesn't seems to be considered whilst people in my team in France get travel paid for despite it being much cheaper which I don't understand or see how it's fair.

Everything else. Lowest salaries, constant changes in terms of benefits (our learning platform and health insurance affected were the first one affected). Management with no credentials, experience, nor educational background. Workplace favoritism shown toward family members, friends, and significant others. Bonus scheme not matching what they advertise. The list is long.
