      Pros

      People: I worked with an amazing team and some truly great people. Challenges: There were lots of opportunities to grow as a developer, take on responsibilities, and have a real impact on the product experience.

      Cons

      The company went downhill pretty fast after I joined (mid/2022). There were at least four restructures, and the layoffs/redundancies were handled with zero transparency. Management made promises about the severance package, but then went back on some of those promises, which was really disappointing.

      Pros

      Salary was not so bad when joined. After a couple of years without increase, is not that good anymore

      Cons

      Everything except the coworkers. The company and specially the direction is very bad since Cornelia joined as CEO

      Instability Layoffs announced months ago but no executed yet leading to anxiety Less internal company by closing Spain and Portugal markets Not new technologies are in place
