Tell you that if the contract no longer need you, you’ll be moved to another, that’s a lie. I was fired after 3 weeks as there was no room in the company. As soon as they get there computer back there is no further communication, this company is a dirty lying scum bag

Teleperformance is an amazing place to work, as the company has great core values that is the steppingstones to any and every one growth & success, when you align yourself well with it. Teleperformance truly creates better outcomes for all. The Engagement platforms are great, keep up the good work.

Cons

As a company we have our faults and the only way to resolve employees' issues is to constantly send out surveys for feedback. Allow the employees to communicate with you and surely you will see a change.

No discrimination, lots of marketing team spirit

Cons

No actual substance to employer advising staff are doing a great job. This is a minimum wage job with additional regular abusive, unpleasant calls or a highly technical (lots to memorise, keep up with and receive criticism for). There is little opportunity to transfer to other projects/roles away from the abuse.
