Pros
Salary was good, it's more on par with other tech businesses in Leeds now though.
Cons
I'm not going to go over all the bad points - there are numerous scattered through all other reviews. They're all true, unfortunately. It's like working for a cult, with the CEO demanding total loyalty. In terms of tech, it's so outdated that most of what you learn here isn't at all useful in other companies, which means if you stay here for longer than a few years you'll find it nearly impossible to move jobs. Just don't come to TPP. There are so many other, better places to work.
