Pros

Lovely staff, lots to do, seem to have lots of money to spend on training, salaries etc.

Cons

Chaotic, ,slapdash, tendency to pass decisions 'up the chain'. For non-Indians cultural issues and management style can be incredibly frustrating. When I was there, it was literally a revolving door for Westerners.

Pros

The company is truly global, and it allows you to travel and meet customers worldwide. It nurtures diversity, different opinions, and it allows flexible working schedules. Work-life balance is great, even though often there is lot of (good) work to be done.

Cons

The training options are limited. It would have been better if there is more attention to training, career development and similar.
