Pros

Remote working Always lots to do and you get a fair amount of responsibility Great work benefits like holidays and monetary

Cons

Toxic culture Always feel like your job is at risk as they hire offshore only Pay is rubbish, don’t expect a raise unless Department/soafteare favouristim is real You’ll get a very different experience depending which software you work for

None really. It’s not a good place to work

Cons

Terrible attitude from head of architecture. Rumours of him “firing someone because they were sat down for a stand up”, and first hand experience of him saying he can get anyone fired he doesn’t like
