Pros

My role offers remote working balanced with office working which fits in great with my home/life balance. There are great discounts for staff with travel, childcare and food to name a few. I've found it easy to settle in with lots of support with management and my work colleagues. There is lots of online learning and the chance for progression within the company.

Cons

None so far! But it would be nice to have email notifications for new job opportunities to come through every week to keep on top of progression.

It’s a very rewarding job watching the children grow and learn and become into their own person. Creating relationships with the families and bond with them

Cons

Don’t always get to finish on time due to lack of staff.
