Pros

Company with a social and environmental conscience, a national community of absolutely brilliant people. Always opportunities to grow and go for new roles within the Trust.

Cons

There are a huge amount of people who work from the Swindon Head Office and rarely get out to see places in operations and meet and meet staff on the ground. It is these people who seem to have a huge say when important decisions are made, and they rarely consult with you.

Cons

Salary at this level is low, but it is a charity and people tend to forget that.
