Toxic management has ruined a once-great culture

Pros

Unfortunately, since it was taken over by investors there are no pro's. The people they brought in, CEO, CFO completely ruined the culture and what made Fora/TOG such a great place to work. Fired lots of loyal staff and completly changed the culture. it is now a souless place to work, stay away!

Cons

Management lie to your face. They pretend they have no idea about certain things going on, when in fact they are the ones orchestrating it!

Pros

Pleasant company culture full of nice people with few exceptions.

Cons

Poor communication from management through to the rest of the company. I have some understanding for this due to the merger that had been taking place, but still felt that more could have been done.
