      Pros

      Great place to work with a genuinely friendly, supportive atmosphere. The on-site canteen is a big plus: good quality food at really reasonable prices, which makes a difference day to day. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and take on new challenges if you're proactive about it. The office location is lovely too . It's easy to get out for a walk nearby to clear your head

      Growth opportunities are there, but you do need to be proactive in seeking them out rather than waiting for them to come to you

      Amazing diverse and inclusive culture, support provided at all levels, progression paths in place, focus on Talent development, friendly & people oriented HR policies & fun Saturdays with loads of engagement events for staff.

      No negatives, positive experience start to end.

      Pros

      Excellent training programme. Short 2 hour sessions easy to fit around workload. Interactive sessions with opportunity to meet colleagues from across the business. Insights and self awareness gained highlight areas to focus on improving which help productivity and general wellbeing in work.
